How can I return my order?

Not happy with your order?
Contact us first — we can usually fix things faster. Email support@calmistry.com.au with the subject “Order Issue – [Order #]” and a brief summary of the problem. We aim to reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

The expected delivery time has passed. Where is my order?

Most orders arrive on time, but delays can happen.

  1. Check tracking: Scan updates can lag 24–48 hrs.
  2. No movement? If there’s no new scan for 3 business days, email support@calmistry.com.au from the same email used at checkout and include your Order # and tracking link.
  3. We’ll sort it: We’ll investigate with the courier and provide an update or a solution (replacement/refund as per policy).

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1 business day and typically arrive within 8–16 business days Australia-wide. You’ll receive a tracking link once dispatched; if tracking hasn’t updated for 3 business days or your parcel is 5+ business days past this window, email support@calmistry.com.au with your order number and we’ll sort it quickly.

Not satisfied with your order?

We’re here to help—please email support@calmistry.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your Order #, a brief outline of the issue, and photos if something arrived damaged/incorrect. We’ll sort a repair, replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original packaging (some hygiene items may be excluded). We aim to reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Seasonal & Limited Edition Items
Please note that Christmas items, advent calendars, and other seasonal or limited-edition products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchase. Items will only be eligible for a refund or replacement if they are faulty, damaged, or significantly different from their description, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a Track & Trace link (check junk/spam just in case). You can also find it in your Calmistry account → My orders. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after dispatch. If you haven’t received a link within 1 business day of dispatch, or there’s no update for 3 business days, email support@calmistry.com.au with your Order # and we’ll investigate.

Why doesn’t my tracking show any updates yet?

This usually means the parcel hasn’t had its first courier scan yet. After dispatch, scans can take 24–48 hours (longer after weekends/public holidays). It can also happen if a label was created but the parcel hasn’t been picked up, the courier site is delayed, the number has a typo, or you’re viewing the wrong tracking in a split shipment. Please check again after 24–48 hrs; if there’s no update for 3 business days, email support@calmistry.com.au with your Order # and tracking link and we’ll investigate.
